KT`s BBQ in Gassville

Best Barbecue I have ever had and I once ate a whole pig that was cooked underground for a whole day. How short is too short when it comes to denim shorts on men? Like are we talking above the knee? What about when they are so short if you pop into squat form you may just slip those bad bois outta your shorts?

We ordered takeout today for a company party. We got ribs, pork and sausage along with potato salad and beans. It was all so delicious. Everyone was very please with the food. I definitely recommend KT bbq.

Went to a great BBQ joint in Gassville. Enjoyed an excellent brisket, sausage plate & a great salad with delicious smoked chicken. Very friendly staff, too.

We had a pork sandwich and beef brisket. Both were pretty good. The pork sandwich, was a little softer than the brisket. I loved the hot sauce and the sweet sauce combined for a blended flavor.

A family friendly, casual restaurant with great food and reasonable prices. Handicap accessible parking and restrooms. No stairs or barriers. Friendly atmosphere. Walk in, order and pay at the register, fix your drink, get condiments and a table, pick up your food at the window, sit down and enjoy your food! EVERYTHING I have ever eaten here has been great!

My favorite place to go when I am in town. Great barbecue, generous servings, and polite staff. You MUST get "grass" on your sandwich when you go there!

Always great. The meat does not set in a pot of water. It kept in a oven wrapped in foil, this keeps the flavor. Best BBQ I have eaten.

Nice country setting. Beautiful wood decor on the inside. The food was absolutely phenomenal. There were 6 people in our group and not one person was disappointed. The ladies that were working in there were as polite and helpful as could possibly be. I would give this establishment 8 stars, but that is not an option in the ratings. I will definitely dine here again when my travels take me back through the area. I HIGHLY recommend this establishment.

Even though I was in a hurry to avoid a storm rolling through, I took the time to stop here for a to go order. Man I'm glad I did stop after initially driving past, because I would've missed out on some excellent BBQ. I wasn't sure of what to order so I asked for suggestions and then I ended up getting a tattoo meat plate which consisted of pork, brisket, mac and cheese, coleslaw, and baked beans along with Texas toast. Man I have to tell you the pork was nice and tender along with the brisket or to both of them had excellent flavor it wasn't overcook it wasn't burnt it exceeded my Expectations by far. The next time I'm near Mountain Home or anyone's near there, I suggest you stop by KT's BBQ.

Amazing food my husband and really enjoy it

Just had a very special birthday party for over 100 people catered and it was awesome. Far more than just traditional barbecue meal. We had a special menu and it was perfect. Everything was fresh and delicious and delivered right to the event. These people are awesome. Will definitely call again and highly recommend !!

This is the best food you can ask for.. I have eaten bbq from east to west and this one is on the top of my favorite list for sure..fast and curtis service!!! Lots to choose from and it's all super tasty!!

Brisket was dry. Mustard potatoe salad had too much of a sweet element But with covid and ppl scared to get out I'd say I'd try it again. Who knows what their services and food budgets are at right now...

Very friendly staff. I wasnt totally impressed with the food. I will come back on a Wednesday to try their smoked burgers because I hear that's the best thing they have.

Came into town to do some trout fishing and stopped at KT's for dinner. The pork sandwich and potato salad(sour cream version) were great! Some of the best BBQ I have eaten recently. I tried all three sauces and liked the original (clear bottle) best. The hot (red bottle) and sweet(yellow bottle) were great too! Staff was friendly and service was great too. Will definitely come back!

Only barbecue around that serves brisket and it is off the chain! The sweet sauce is very good. I love the sour cream potato salad too! Well worth the 20 minutes to get it!!!

We came here with our friends who recommended this place to us...It was DELICIOUS! Everything from the BBQ sauce, ham, mac-n-cheese, coleslaw, Ribs, Brisket and fries! The peanut butter pie was coming out of the kitchen left and right! We were too full to try it though! The ladies working were super nice and the restaurant was very clean! We will be back!

Have been here before and liked it. Went back again with friends who had never tried this place. We all got something different and saw no complaints except for the bbq sauces which seemed a little watered down and runny. I had a combo plate with pulled pork and beef brisket, corn on the cob and fries. There were ample portions of meat with the brisket being my favorite. Large slices of meat with no fat or grizzle. Pulled pork was juicy and flavorful. Corn was fresh. Cole slaw was delicious but wish there was a larger portion. I'm going back soon. Want to see if they thicken the sauces!! Plus it's a great meal with a friendly and helpful crew.

Man-o-man!! The bbq here is off the HOOK!! In my opinion, it’s better than Wright’s BBQ in Johnson. I had the pork sandwich, Mac-n-cheese, and ice tea. They surprised us by bringing out free ribs to our table which fell off the bone they were so tender. This place made me want to take a nap. Loved it!! Thank you!!

Quite a gem to discover when your traveling the highway and hungry. The Food is great, the prices are great, the service is awesome. I can imagine this being one of the most popular places to eat for the locals, tourist stumbling upon it will be back I imagine.

What can you say it's one of these small BBQ Shacks like I used to find back home in Texas the food was excellent. The only thing I would say is I like a thicker sweeter barbecue sauce. Lucky for me the meat was good enough to eat with minimal barbecue sauce. Waitress was amazing always kept my drink. Full silly sarcastic down home Southern Belle. Can't say it enough I love this place. Eat the brisket eat all of the brisket continue eating the brisket until you can't eat anymore. They also do an interesting thing with the corn on the cob. They put a dry rub on it as well as enough butter to smother an entire horse and it is amazing.

Our most favorite BBQ anywhere. New York style ribs are the best. Pulled pork sandwich is the best you ever had anywhere. Every fishing trip includes KT's, which means plan around closed Sun & Mon. It makes other barbecue just okay.
